SELLING INSTRUCTIONS

·         Selling timeframe: From August 1 to Race Day in October

·         Store front only

·         Please do not disrupt the flow of Bi-Mart customers entering the store.  

·         Maximum of 3 people selling at one time. For Safeway stores with 2+ clubs, 2 Rotarians from one club at one time is max. Clubs should coordinate to divide weekends.

·         Contact the Store Manager in charge the day you are selling tickets to inform him/her that you have arrived. Also inform him/her you are available to answer any questions.

Recommendation

·         Bring a small table and poster to be set up in front of the store.

·         Bring clipboards for purchasers to use to fill out their duck race tickets.
