Over the past twenty two years The Great Rotary Duck Race, presented by First Tech Credit Union, has sold a total of 939,196 ducks/tickets in our efforts to combat child abuse. This year, with the help of our community and fellow countrymen and women around the globe, we will sell our one millionth duck. At five dollars each, this means we will have raised a grand total of over
five million dollars in proceeds for our cause.

A MESSAGE FROM PAPA DUCK

More often than not, child abuse is handed down from generation to generation. In most cases, if the parents receive help and learn the tools to deal with emotions and the daily stress of being a parent, the abuse ends. This year’s theme, “Save a Child, Change the Future,” is about ending the cycle and giving defenseless children a chance to have caring, loving and nurturing parents in a safe and comforting environment.
